DINING

Dining at the BFC is a highlight of the Club experience.  Under the direction of Chef Daniel, our dining options range from formal to casual.  The recently renovated Racquets Grill provides sophisticated family dining year-round. In summer months the outdoor Terrace seating offers a beautiful view of the Club grounds.  In addition, the Racquets Bar and Inglenook areas offer more casual options. A Snack Bar by the pool area is open during the summer season. More formal, special dining events are held upstairs in the Club room.

The Bronxville Field Club is a fabulous venue for parties and special events. Take advantage of our lovely upstairs Club Room and outdoor patio for cocktails receptions, corporate luncheons, informal get-togethers, or intimate family affairs. The beautifully-decorated surroundings bring a warmth and cheer you simply can not find at other venues.

Chef Dan will work with you to develop the perfect menu for every occasion. Chef Daniel and his staff are skilled in several culinary disciplines and incorporate produce and herbs from the Club's own garden. We offer a varied menu to satisfy the most discriminating of palates and will accommodate special requests when made in advance. We welcome unique personal requests for special occasions such as parties and anniversaries.

Children should remain at the table with their parents during the meal. An exception will be made while dining on the Terrace. Within reason, children may leave the table to play outdoors. Parents should use reasonable discretion to minimize disruption to other members. Consistent with that point, when families dine together, we request that they not form a “kids” table.

Children ages 14 to 20 years old are allowed in the Racquets Bar sitting area when accompanied by an adult. Children under 21 years old may not sit at the bar.

There is a dining minimum quarterly charge. The charge for Family, Junior Family, and Senior members is $375.00 and $187.50 for Individual, Tenured and House members as well as House Guests on the Admissions Waitlist. Charges counting towards the minimum include all Club functions, all private parties hosted by a member, Racquets Grill food purchases and Terrace Dining. Charges not included are purchase of alcoholic beverages, snack bar purchases and private parties sponsored by a member.

Current balances on the quarterly minimum may be found on the welcome page.

Dining reservations are not required, but are strongly recommended to avoid disappointment. Please call the main office (664-3585) to make your reservations.
The Club is the perfect venue for a member to host or to sponsor a friend for a private party to celebrate a special occasion. Lori Sahagian and the Executive Chef will plan special arrangements and a menu tailored to your needs. Call the Club office at 914-664-3585 to check availability.
