Billing
In case of a 'no show', there will be no charge for the clinic as long as the Pro Shop is notified of the cancellation at least 24 hours in advance. In all other cases, the member will be charged full fee for the clinic they have signed up for. At the end each month, the member will be billed for the clinics attended and/or those that ended up in a 'no show' without cancellation. Please email me at

Squash Clinic Protocols
All players and pros are required to wear a facemask that covers their mouth and nose at all times while in the squash house. Players are also required to wear eye protection in addition a facemask. New balls will be used for each clinic and the ball charges will be divided equally amongst the players in the clinic Players who need a demo-racquet must request one at the Pro Shop and the pro will sanitize the racquet and bring it to the class. The player must return the racquet to the pro at the end of the class to avoid charges.
